HOW TO SCHEDULE A SEMINAR FOR YOUR COMPANY OR ORGANIZATION
Step One:
Notify us by phone, e-mail, or the postal service. We will need to know how many employees are to be involved in the training, the goals of the training, and the requested dates. We want to make your training sessions work for you. If you believe you need assistance in identifying your needs, we will help. This can be done in a number of ways, and will be determined at our initial interview.

You will be notified and a meeting set up to determine your training needs. We have eight different modules of training. You may select any one or more as they are, or ask Dr. Potter to create a program specifically for your staff. After the program is agreed upon and payment is made, training dates, sites, and times will be secured.
Step Three:
Dr. Potter will then develop the specific program, or make the training module you chose more specific to your individual needs.
Step Four:
Training will take place.
Step Five:
Dr. Potter will sit with the training leaders to evaluate the training. If the training leaders do not feel like they received their money’s worth, they may ask for a return of any portion of fees paid. If they do not believe they received any good, they may ask for the entire fee to be returned.
Step Six:
Following the training, Dr. Potter is available for follow-up at the rate of his Personal Coaching Fees.
